Lovely room, convenient location.

The breakfast is not worth paying for. You would be better off going to the cafe around the corner. The hotel only has filter coffee and the food was cold.

Staff was very friendly and gave us all informations we need to know. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. We booked the suite which was very comfortable and spacious.

Lovely location, very peaceful and quiet. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the fitness room. Very large comfortable room and fantastic shower!

Beautiful lobby!!! The room was great. Nice bed, single sofa, desk. Really nice bathroom. The location is bit far but has parking. Front desk always has change if you need it.

The staff were kind, but only barely. if you directly came and asked for something - they would assist... otherwise they really ignore you as you come or go. For example they didn't open the door for me when I arrived with all the baggage, and asked "do you need help to go to your room?" Which was strange, and I didn't feel comfortable to say yes. I've been to less fancy places that they always make sure to take your belongings and show you to your room, explain what the room has, where the pool and the gym are... thy didn't seem to care that I know. The gym I found by myself but the pool I haven't. Must be in a different building next door. They were kind enough to add another night for me for the same price. More over, there is a laundry service that does your close by the item!! But like - socks: 40, shirt 80 and so on. Very weird for me when other hotels their level would price by the kilo (60), as a kilo with these guys should cost more like 400+.

- Deposit only via cash - Very hard beds - Pool area only accessible via leaving the hotel for another building, and only 3 sun beds and a very basic pool area. Not boutique hotel standard.

The room don’t have a sound proof when dog in that area barking at night it was hard to get a deep sleep .Breakfast were limit not many choice .

Not in the centre but easy access to most attractions and markets. Satisfactory breakfast but could increase the choice a bit. A spacious building with feelings of grandeur. Attentive and helpful staff.

Noisy kids at the swimming pool generally between 4 and 6 pm and even louder shouting parents. Having to pay a 2,000 baht deposit in cash which is now wasted cash as we immediately went to the airport after check out. Wifi in Room 606 keeps dropping out sometimes for a few seconds sometimes for over 20 minutes.

Breakfast was next to nothing. Don’t expect much of breakfast.

Extremely comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and prompt to answer questions over e-mail. The pool, as noted in other reviews, is not directly attached to the main building, but this really isn't an issue - its on the grounds and literally a few seconds' walk from the reception.

The hotel's taxi service from the airport was, we found out later, rather over-priced. And some of the artwork is... interesting...

Almost everything, from the welcome we received on our arrival the first class service right up until our departure. We would return to this hotel and recommend it.

We felt that the towels could be improved on, both quality and colour.

The location was the downfall as it wasn’t close to any of the attractions or main city.

Very nice staff who made me feel welcomed. They kindly booked me a taxi to the airport early morning. Great outside swimming pool on the second floor. Free bottled water replaced every day. Lovely big shower! The hotel was in a pretty central area, only a 10 minute walk to Maya shopping centre.

The WIFI was hit and miss and the rooms were not sound proof so I could hear everything from the next door room if you are prone to hearing everything you make sure you take ear plugs.

Nice hotel in a pleasant location with a nice unusual non corporate interior with some nice furniture and vases and pictures. Nice breakfast in a nice setting - never busy so quite relaxing affair. We used the airpot pick up which was handy after a long flight and we found the hotel peaceful and relaxing. its quite a way to the centre but we walked in each day and got a taxi back each time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a really enjoyable stay here and could definitely recommend a stay.

The wifi was poor with a weak signal strength though when we did a speed test it was fast it just dropped all the time in the room. it was a bit better in reception. There is a lack of seating outside on the balcony or outside in the sun. I think with a bit more seating and the wifi improvements we would have given this a 10 out of 10 - its well worth a visit.

You cannot change this point.... It was too far out of old town town Maybe run a free shuttle bus??? BREAKFAST TOO EXPENSIVEN...NOT EXTENSIVE enough
